• Sign up to play on Golf Genius no later than Sunday at 5:00 p.m. prior to the Tuesday play day.

 

 

  • On Tuesday, check into the Pro Shop AT LEAST 30 minutes prior to start time on that play day. See TVWGC GOLF CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW GUIDELINE dated 3/13/20.

 

  • Any Member signed up to play on the Tuesday Tee Sheet, will be held responsible to pay the $5.00 competition fee at check in, regardless if the Member completes the round or not.

  • Golf Genius will be the official scoring method. Paper scorecards will not be handed out. Each group is encouraged to keep a second paper scorecard for comparison at end of round.  One member of the group should be assigned to score in Golf Genius and electronically sign at the end of the round.

  • Input only gross hole-by-hole scores. Golf Genius will compute game scores. Holes not included in the play day game may be "X'd" out.

  • Tuesday play day scores will be posted for you to AGA/GHIN (Nov thru April) by Golf Genius.

  • The game of the day will be described in Golf Genius and with your tee time verification email.
