The meeting was brought to order by Rob Ransom at 1:27 PM.

A motion was made by Cathy Morrow to accept the minutes from the last general meeting, seconded by Darlene Lamb and passed unanimously.

Rob thanked Darlene Lamb and Dee Ruelas for their work on the member/guest tournament which was a great success and fun for all.   Also thanks to all the members for putting together baskets for the Cure for Cancer tournament. The baskets made more money than the 50/50 raffle this year.

Next year’s new board is out on a Blast and Leslie Chase is looking for someone to help with the member/guest tournament.  This year’s awards will be given out in two weeks on the 19th at the Awards Luncheon.

Treasurers Report

Pattie Horning reported that the budget was out in an email blast on April 1st.   Cathy Morrow moved that the budget be approved and Nancy Klucking seconded it. It passed unanimously.   Pattie also acknowledged Barbara Grunkmeyer and Bonnie Svarstad who had 80th birthdays this month and Carol Rogge who had a hole in one last week.
